Important Instructions for CAP Round-I :

1. Seat acceptance has started and will remain open up to July 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Candidates are requested to accept the allotted seat through their login. This is mandatory to participate in CAP Round -I and CAP Round-II. The candidate who has been allotted a seat in CAP Round-I, this step is mandatory to complete seat acceptance (Freeze or Betterment) through their Login. A candidate who will accept the seat with the Freeze option ( OR a candidate has been allotted a seat of his/her first preference in the option form), then he/she has to confirm his/her admission by paying the requisite fees and by submitting the required original documents to the University as per the declared schedule. If such candidates fail to report for confirmation of their admission at the University, such candidates will be disqualified from CAP Round-I and CAP Round-II

2. The admission committee at COEP will verify the required documents (original documents as per the photocopies of the required documents uploaded by the candidate), and then the candidate has to submit a demand draft of the requisite fees, after which the admission will be confirmed through the online portal.

3. If a candidate appears for confirmation of admission in the university by self-verifying the allotted seat to him/her by wrongly approving details filled in during submission of the application, admission of such a candidate will not be confirmed. Moreover, allotment of such seats stands cancelled, and such candidates can participate in subsequent rounds based on his/her merit.

4. Reporting to COEP Technological University for the Confirmation of Admission by submitting the required original documents after payment of the requisite admission fees, and by reporting in person to COEP Technological University. Candidates must carry a Demand Draft (DD) of the requisite fees (as applicable and mentioned in the fee structure) in the name of “COEP Technological University”, payable at Pune. No other mode of payment will be accepted at the time of admission.
